谢航博士本科毕业于南开大学电子与光学工程学院(2012.9-2016.6),博士毕业于新加坡国立大学电子与计算机工程学院(2016.8-2021.2),博士导师为吴义宏教授。2020.12 – 2025.2在新加坡国立大学信息存储材料实验室(ISML)担任研究员。谢航博士的研究主要聚焦于铁磁体和反铁磁体结构中的电荷-自旋相互转换效率及机制,和基于自旋轨道矩的新型磁传感器研发。首次发现了粒间自旋转移矩所引导的单层非共线反铁磁状态翻转,发明了无需偏置电路的自旋矩门磁传感器。目前共发表期刊论文20余篇,其中以第一作者身份在Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, Physical Review Applied等著名期刊上发表多篇论文,申请两项国际专利并已授权一项美国专利,在IEEE International Magnetics Conference, Joint European Magnetic Symposia, SPIE Spintronics等国际会议上进行过多次学术报告。曾担任2024 IEEE AtC-AtG国际磁学会议的主席。
